  • All information provided by clients shall be true and correct. ATR consulting services will be based on given information in conjunction with our assessment. We disclaim our liability for any errors due to incorrect or misleading information provided by the client.
  • Upon receiving the application form and associated documents, we will proceed with costing procedure including measurement and estimate. The due date will be discussed and confirmed with the client upfront. The extension of time may be granted when addendums apply.
  • ATR Building Consulting will provide written quotation to confirm our fee according to size, complex, and requirement of the projects.
  • Full payment is required before we issue our reports. For regular clients, we can set up account to issue invoices with 7 days term.
  • Payment can be made through credit card, bank transfer, or cheque.
  • ATR Building Consulting will keep all client documents as strictly confidential information, which cannot be disclosed to any third party without consent from the client.
  • The Client acknowledges and agrees that ATR Building Consulting may contact the client via email or phone for marketing purpose or service quality survey.
